ABOUT ME
I specialize in designing universal, accessible, and engaging experiences to enhance the way you communicate information to draw users to your product.
I am an information and user experience specialist with extensive experience working in higher education, user research, data analysis, workflow / process optimization, and web design. I leverage information and communication technologies to craft tailored solutions for your needs, ensuring intuitive navigation and optimizing user flows for diverse stakeholders groups. My passion is in empowering organizations to make evidence-based decisions through purposeful data collection and analysis.
I attained my Master of Information (Library & Information Science) degree with a secondary focus in User Experience Design at the University of Toronto in April 2020, where I pursued my interest in digital information behaviours and ethnographic research with seven information architecture and user experience projects at four libraries across Canada's largest academic library system.
Presently, I am a part of the Systems & Data Team, Student Success, Division of Student Life at the University of Toronto, where I am serving in a systems administrator, data management and governance role supporting the tri-campus, university-wide, enterprise-level student experience CRM platforms CLNx (Orbis Outcome) and Folio (Symplicity UniHub / CareerHub).
